This newsletter was designed to contain information of interest to the faculty at Clayton Junior College. The newsletter, which contained a calendar of events, was published weekly by the Department of Public Information. The issue date was Friday and material was required to be submitted to the Dean’s office by the Wednesday noon preceding publication. All faculty were invited to submit news and also to offer suggestions as to content. All information was required to be in writing.

The printed newsletters are in folders according to academic year. The "What's Going On" faculty newsletter publication collection is complied into two group volumes of editions. Volume 1 contains newletters number 1 - 32 editions. Volume II conttains newletter edtions 1 - 2.
