The Office of University Relations was created to promote Clayton State in a positive fashion with the goal of increasing the University’s visibility among all relevant publics. The Office established the identity and promoted the image of the University and served as primary contact for journalists needing information regarding the university. The office transitioned into the Office of Marketing and Communications in which both offices served under the Office of The Vice President of Development and External Relations at the time.
