The Fact Book publications document the characteristics of Clayton State and the factors that cause change in these characteristics;  includes student enrollments, faculty/staff, financical/fiscal resources statistics, and instructional/research productivity for each given academic year.

Abstract The Campus Review started out as a Faculty and Staff newspaper.  The contents centered around people, events and schedules.  Items included in this paper were:  births, marriages, exam schedules, visitors to campus, special events, calendars, administrative information, fundraising news, and other general news about Clayton. A collection of Oral History interviews from student, faculty, and staff members of Clyaton State University. Each interview items contacts the interview audio recording, a transcript, and photos of the Oral History session recorded at the Clayton State University Library Archives.

Electronic and physical materials contained in this collection include announcment of Dr. Lewis appointment to president of Clayton State University, his first two address given to the univeristy, along with printed materials and photos from his "Welcome" event.
