Advid cyclist and staff member of Clayton State's technology and telecom services team (for over 30 years), Kevin Fitzgeral agreed to sit down to speak with Archives in 2019 to discuss his experience working at Clayton.

The collection includes two time capsule containers (one sealed capsule to be opened at the Clayton State 75th Anniversary Celebration), an 1994 Time capsule Inventory, 1994 Time Capsule Committee Dedication Letter, 1994 photos of "Time Capsule Burial Event", 2020 Time Capsule Committee documentation materials, 2020 Time Capsule Committee Dedication Letter, 2021 Time Capsule Re-Burial Event recording.

Collection materials in this series contain the daily working files of the office's marketing, publicity, and promotion internal and external activities of the institution.
